★ Pad Thai

Pad Thai • Even though Pad Thai is a well-known dish in the UK, our recipe is an authentic version. • It is a well-balanced and nutritious meal. • Our Pad Thai sauce is home-made with premium quality palm sugar, tamarind juice and fish sauce. We do not try to cut costs and compromise on our ingredients. We only selected the highest quality ingredients available. Palm sugar gives a unique nutty sweetness and unique fragrant to the sauce and tamarind juice adds a mild tangy flavour. • The dish is topped with our freshly roasted crushed peanuts. • Our chicken and vegetables are freshly delivered every morning. We do not use frozen chicken or frozen vegetables. • Pad Thai is also gluten and dairy free.

★ Khanom Krok - Coconut Pancakes

• Khanom Krok (Coconut pancakes) is a traditional Thai sweet snack which is well known among Thais but not outside Thailand. It is usually sold in local markets. Our recipe has been passed down from my late grandmother who was an extraordinary cook. • Khanom Krok is a totally unique dessert from the process of cooking to finish as well as its taste and texture. • Pouring coconut batter from a teapot to traditional brass pan is always fascinated by customers. • The dish can be consumed throughout the day. • It is also gluten free and vegan. Price: £5 for 8 pieces

Kraprao Gai Kai Dao

Kraprao Gai Kai Dao is a version of "Pad Krapow". It is a contender for the most popular, and the most beloved, street food dish in all of Thai cuisine but made with chicken and is topped with a fried egg. It is made by stir frying holy basil leaves, fresh chilli, chicken, soy sauce and a little sugar. It is served over steamed white rice and topped with a fried egg.
