Prawn Omelette

Kraprao Gai Kai Dao
Kraprao Gai Kai Dao is a version of "Pad Krapow". It is a contender for the most popular, and the most beloved, street food dish in all of Thai cuisine but made with chicken and is topped with a fried egg. It is made by stir frying holy basil leaves, fresh chilli, chicken, soy sauce and a little sugar. It is served over steamed white rice and topped with a fried egg.
